Role Purpose: Working in the Advisory & Transaction Business, supporting the Flexible Solutions teams. Key Responsibilities
Developing a detailed knowledge of the Operator & Landlord Tenant Ready Market.
Developing a detailed knowledge of the range of Flexible Office Products.
Developing a detailed understanding of the Operator sales team and the broad structure of the market.
Understanding how the Flexible Office market works in relation to the wider central London office leasing market.
Understanding market pricing & having knowledge of the data sources and CBRE systems.
Advising occupiers and helping them evaluate their choices and negotiate transactions.
Manage and executing all leads from the CBRE website.
Developing a full working knowledge of the typical operator Licencing agreements.
Developing a professional approach to client care and business development.
Computer literate including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce & excellent Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
To have a confident and polite phone manner.
Some property knowledge helpful but not critical.
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Sociable and outgoing.
Flexible approach to work.
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion and providing insight led and data-based advice.
