Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times;
Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
Ensure compliance with Mitie's information security procedures in all activities;
Proactively identify and report security risks to your manager;
Report actual and suspected security incidents
Demonstrable previous experience in this type of maintenance role is essential.
The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to work at heights using specialist high level access equipment
You will have excellent communication skills and a friendly and helpful manner.
You will also have a flexible and organised approach and an ability to manage your own work.
Self-motivated with proven experience of working on own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication with an emphasis on great customer service.
Willing to help out with all situations.
A basic level of computer literacy.
