As a Volunteer Development Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:
Enhance development of volunteers by creating policies, strategies as well as procedures that will increase engagement of volunteers.
Plan and coordinate training, supervision, safeguarding and appraisals for volunteers.
Arrange recruitment from start to end, advertise roles and update volunteers of opportunities available.
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders such as multimulti-agency partnerships.
Generate data and reports for senior management.
As a Volunteer Development Coordinator you must have the below: .
Must have extensive experience supporting domestic abuse survivors or vulnerable people.
Proven knowledge of delivering training and support to volunteers.
Experience of working within a charity.
Confidence when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
