Answer customer queries via phone and email

 Update records on the internal data base- accuracy to detail is essential

 Check data and highlight any errors

 Update and produce KPI's for the team

 Prepare documentation for the transport team

 Manage paperwork for the incoming goods and movement of stock

 Work closely with all departments

 Ensure office is always tidy and welcoming to visitors

Good IT skills; including MS office packages; Word, Excel and Outlook.

 Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm

 £21,000- £25,000 dependant on experience

 In-house training provided

 Parking on site - must have own transport due to location as not accessible via public transport

Candidate Description

Have you considered working in the exciting world of logistics and transport?

Transport Administrator required for a client of ours based in Earls Colne. This is varied fast paced position. Ideally you will already have experience within logistics or transportation, however all training will be given.

You will be supporting the busy transport planners with all administration duties and play a vital part in the success and delivery of services.

Key attributes for this role include being a strong communicator, adaptable and able to prioritise own workload
