Position: Transactional (Subscription & Licence) Sales Manager
Start Date:Target April 2023
Location: Remote /circa 1 hour access to London Preferable
Working Hours: Fulltime, Flexible- min 37.5 per week
Remuneration: Base Salary £ 25K + uncapped performance bonus
THE COMPANY
Prosper 4 Group (“P4G”) is a socially focused company providing employment services, predominantly to those people identified by their employment status as “disadvantaged” including young people 16-24, women wishing to return to the workforce, ex-services veterans, the over 50s, recent graduates, those physically or mentally challenged, the homeless, refugees & ex-offenders.
The Company has developed an integrated, enhanced API driven jobs-feed & an extensive inclusive candidate database, within its successful Portal www.Bridgeofhope.careers.
Since its launch mid-2021,we have engaged over 30 Blue Chip Plc subscribers, and we developed to which we are now ready to offer subscription access , to recruitment companies seeking a diverse talent pool. This sales effort is supported by an extensive digital marketing campaign.
PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
The Role’s functions include :
- Rapid familiarisation of the corporate employment & digital services strategy
- Identifying key decisions makers within Employer and recruitment organisations & selling subscriptions for access to Bridgeofhope.careers candidate search services.
- Managing Sales support customer interface & internal reporting
- Becoming rapidly competent in internal usage & online demonstrating of the portal to clients
- Research potential new clients, maintain CRM information within Company’s platforms
- Understanding & present pricing models and the value proposition to Clients
- Responding to clients’ resourcing enquiries, become confident in delivery.
- Attend and contribute to client sales and media presentations
- Coach & mentor new staff including
REQUIRED ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar sector, preferably in the diversity & inclusion marketplace
- Relevant professional experience in Subscription or related Sales
- Demonstratable competence on ATS & CRM platforms operations ( Bullhorn an advantage)
- Empathetic in nature towards any marginality, sexual, racial or ethnic cultures.
- A determined work ethic and self-motivation to succeed in meeting targets & deadlines
- Skilled in preparation and delivery of Value propositions / commercial proposals
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 packages and general I.T. skills
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Confident working as a leader and member of a close team
- Able to identify, hire, mentor subordinates and support staff.
SUPPORT
Once appropriate pre-engagement formalities have been completed, access to and induction will be given on Prosper’s Bridgeofhope.careers portal and our Bullhorn ATS/CRM platform .
The successful candidate will be provided with a new company owned notebook computer pre-loaded with Microsoft 365 suite & TEAMS and a company owned smartphone
REMUNERATION
A competitive salary circa £ 25k based upon experience will be offered, together with an uncapped performance bonus based upon mutually agreed KPI’s.
