  • To perform the testing activities for banking applications

  • The individual is expected to work on Requirements gathering, Test Cases Design & Execution, Defect logging and tracking, status reporting, Issue highlighting.

  • Holding Banking knowledge is an added advantage (Payments, Mortgages etc)

  • The role will involve interacting with 3rd parties & HVM permanent staff on an on-going basis through the day

  • Status preparation and reporting,

  • Test Cases Design

  • Test Execution

  • Defect logging and defect Tracking

  • Status reporting

  • Test planning

  • Understand project / technical requirements, work with Business and IT team, and define Test Strategy / Test Plan for the projects.

  • Strong knowledge and experience across all phases of testing namely Functional Requirements gathering & Validation, Test Design, Test script building, Test execution, Test Reporting, Test scripting and Test execution.

  • Workload model to meet the Functional Requirements

  • Test execution and identify the key performance issues in an application.

  • Preparing various daily/weekly status reports and attending daily status calls/defect triage calls

Candidate Description

Essential Skills:

  • Good in SQL and DB knowledge

  • Hands on experience with Delphix

  • Hands on ETL and database testing experience

  • Hands on Testing Experience - Test Case Design & Execution

  • Good Communication skills & Stakeholder Management

  • Worked on ALM & Jira Tool,

  • Bachelor's degree
