We are currently recruiting for Telecare officers to work for an organisation based in Newham. The purpose of the role is to provide a high quality 24 hour 365 day a year alarm monitoring and response service. Providing assistance and reassurance to clients using telecommunications and computerised monitoring equipment. Working closely with partnering agencies to enable vulnerable clients to live independently. Identifying and undertaking the appropriate action to deal with situations that may arise.

Successful candidates would need to be available to work weekends and be flexible in regards to shift patterns.
