Our Client is looking to recruit a technical Sales Support advisor to join their Growing team. Our client is one of the leading providers within the Electrical charging industry and are looking for a technical advisor to support the after sales team.

The role will involve:

  • Diagnose faults and assist with repair or replacement where necessary

  • Develop profitable business with current and new customers, building strong relationships and increasing the product mix sold.

  • Maintain contact with line manager, sharing feedback and customer sentiment with other office staff and field team as required.

  • Assist external sales staff with management of existing customers and new customers.

  • Identify opportunities to provide support to key customers around training on our E-mobility and distribution products.

  • Provide timely quotes and follow up with a view to winning new business, monitor and update all projects on the CRM system.

  • Support Increase in turnover in line with the company sales plan

  • Provide technical assistance to production personnel during manufacturing process

Candidate Description

  • Clear understanding of electrical distribution products, relevant Industry, market and competitor knowledge is essential

  • Computer literate and conversant in the use of software packages such as Microsoft outlook, excel and word.

  • Excellent telephone manner to compliment strong written communication skills.

  • Strong technical background with good knowledge of broad product range.

  • Competent with dealing with technical electrical calls

  • Ability to diagnose technical issues

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and organised individual with good use of initiative.

  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non- technical clients

  • Resilient and determined to succeed in a competitive, challenging environment

  • Motivated to develop a clear understanding of our product ranges to the level that you can influence customers to choose our products over competitors.

  • Full understanding of our USPs and confident in articulating these to customers.

  • Become a brand ambassador
