Job Description
As part of central functions, you will help to drive the delivery of Risk and regulatory engines within the Finance strategic transformation programme. Working with local and group colleagues across the business and Information Technology areas, you will drive the technical and functional vision of the Chief Operating Office.

This role will drive the Risk product roadmap and the successfully delivery of its goal to improve the efficiency, flexibility, and traceability of the common reporting framework to internal and external stakeholders. As a technical business manager, you will be required to have a strong emphasis on Information technology, but also a key understanding of business processes and design.

Developing and articulating Risk products vision; understand product big picture: past, present, and future.
Supporting Risk regulatory business in the definition of the product roadmap and release plan. Responsible of the definition of the To Be Operating Model. Supporting change management, audit, compliance, and design assurance to meet the banks standards
Preparing documentation and coordinating presentations on behalf of CIO for Risk related IT issues. Supporting provision of data for 3rd parties, regulators, and consultancy firms.
Setting sprint objectives and leading during the sprints. Monitor Scrum team velocity. Manage relationship with stakeholders keeping them up to date and engaged
Translating business requirements into technical designs which support the development of the backlog aligned to a proposed architecture.
Driving the quality and adherence to service levels for month end execution with a strong focus on control, performance, and automation.
Candidate Description
Strong understanding of AWS services (EMR, EC2, S3)
Strong ETL, Spark, and Analytical SQL knowledge
Good understanding of Scala Functional programming paradigm
Good understanding of CI/CD and their associated practices
Knowledge in financial and risk services or information systems ideally combining regulatory and/or Risk models
Advanced communication and facilitation skills
It would also be nice for you to have.
Understanding of TDD and automated testing practices
Understanding of how to track and debug processes in yarn and Spark UI
Knowledge of Unix scripting and control-m scheduler knowledge
Practical experience or equivalent qualification of Agile methodology
