This is a 12 month FTC

The Talent Insight Analyst will work as part of the Talent Development team supporting every one of our 18,000 employees.

Our ambition is to create data driven talent insights utilising the latest trends and technologies in insights and analytics. As a Talent Insight Analyst you will have the opportunity to help develop insight led strategies and interventions, working with in-house tools and resources as well as with external partners.

Reporting into the Talent Director you will be an integral member of the team, helping to deliver the strategic roadmap as well as respond flexibly to the evolving needs of our customers both programmatic and tactical. You will achieve your objectives by understanding, interpreting, and responding to the people business intelligence requirement whilst maintaining governance, process, and delivery excellence.

The key accountabilities are talent, performance, leadership, employee engagement, wellbeing and culture. You will be involved in creating insights for the company-wide employee engagement survey, talent review, end of year performance cycle, leadership immersion programmes amongst other initiatives.

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Advanced skill in data manipulation, cleansing, interrogation, and metric calculation

  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand demand and identify opportunities where business intelligence can be used to drive the customer's desired outcomes

  • Previous experience of working with high volumes of sensitive qualitative and quantitative data

  • Strong storytelling capability, able to disseminate large complex data and translate it into valuable business insight easily consumed by non-experts in analytics

The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience with Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy, Oracle BI EE

  • Knowledge of working within a HR or Talent function
