Job Role: Female, Support Worker - Full Time - 35 hours per week

Shifts: Candidates need to be flexible across 7 days - covering early & late shifts/long days;

• 07:00-21.00/ 21:30 - Monday - Friday

• 07:00-15:00 - Monday - Friday

• 15.00-21:00/21:30 - Monday - Sunday

• 07:30-15:00 - Saturday and Sunday

• 07:30-21:00/21:30/22.00 - Saturday and Sunday15.00-21.00/21/30/22.00 - Saturday and Sunday

  Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands

  Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour

  Overtime available at an enhanced rate of +£2ph above hourly pay rates

  Role Overview:

  At Green Lanes we support seven adults with learning disabilities, ensuring additional aids and adaptations are utilised on an individual basis to promote independence.

  Our home provides an established staff team, trained to a high standard providing fast and reliable referrals for specialised health services.

  The team are committed to engaging each resident with person-centred support planning, individual communication plans and encouraging individuals to work towards retaining their skills and independence.
