Job Description

Job Title: Female, Support Worker - Full & Part time roles available from 21 hours to 35 hours per week.

Shifts: Covering shifts on a rota basis, flexibility can be discussed at interview. Monday - Sunday; working shifts week including early, late or double shifts; 8:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-10:00pm or 8:00am-10:00pm; shift times have a possibility to be altered to suit the needs for the right candidates, sleep-in's also available. Less frequently support workers may be required to complete waking nights - 10:00pm - 8:00am, however this is not essential and will be discussed at interview.

Location/Service: Formby, Merseyside - Sanderling House is a 7 bedded service, rated Outstanding by CQC and is in close proximity to local transport links. Transport can be discussed at interview.

Pay Rate: £10.00 per hour

Role Overview: As a Support Worker at our residential home in Formby, you will support adults with acquired brain injuries to promote independence and support them with rehabilitation to lead fulfilling lives, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Requirements: Female Support Workers in this location, experience is not essential as all new staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. For the right candidate we can support with career progression including gaining relevant care qualifications.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
