Support Administrator - Finance

Job Description

We currently require the services of a Support Administrator to work for a well respected client based in Nottingham. This is a temporary role for 6 months ongoing.

  • Temporary- Ongoing
  • Location: Nottingham
  • Hybrid Working: 2 Days per week onsite, 3 days from home.
  • Hours per week: 37 Hours per week
  • Hours of work: 8-6, Monday to Friday (Shift Pattern)
  • Pay Raye: £10.90 per hour (PAYE)
  • CRB/DBS Check Required

Job Purpose:

  • Completing administrative tasks a day, adapting approach and focus where necessary to ensure priority tasks are completed within agreed SLAs
  • Managing the team mailboxes on a daily basis, dealing with queries and escalated requests each week
  • Taking calls from to support scheduling activities
  • Monitoring and completing work within task lists to minimise drop off and ensure we are adhering to regulatory time frames
  • Ensuring all actions and behaviours treat our customers fairly and comply with regulations
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the wider department when required
  • Monitoring of Scheduler mailbox and responding to any local court requests

Job Spec Details:

  • Ability to spot patterns and potential risk to business and deal with this appropriately
  • Self-motivated and able to complete high volumes of tasks without compromising quality of work
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A high attention to detail, able to consistently producing accurate work of a high standard whilst working high volumes of similar tasks
  • Prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment
  • To be naturally positive and a problem solver
  • Computer literacy (proficient in Windows, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new skills
  • Handle confidential information and customer sensitive data
