  • Work closely with all internal departments

  • Stock management of equipment, such as, IT equipment, signs, and marketing goods

  • Stock adjustments and calculating price lists

  • Manage a stock budget using Excel

  • Maintain the database and liaise with clients regarding their stock

  • Generate invoices and support with queries

  • Maintain client jobs and record accordingly

  • MS Office package working knowledge is essential
