Virgin Media o2 are searching for their next Marketing Manager to join their team! The role sits within the Marketing function focusing on the "Small Office Home Office" part of our business.

An exciting opportunity to be responsible for the execution of fully integrated Customer Comms campaigns across email, SMS, DM and organic and paid media, translating strategies, insight and propositions from Commercial and Go-To-Market Teams into business and customer value and which fully align to the revenue targets as defined by the business.

Candidate Description

You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in the strategic development of key campaign initiatives, including but not limited to retention, upsell/cross-sell and demand generation. You will have experience in end to end management of customer base & prospect demand generation activity (Email, SMS, DM and organic & paid media) aligned to commercial & insight objectives and reflective of the SoHo offer & proposition roadmap., In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Wide range of marketing/campaign knowledge, including marketing strategy, channel mix selection, end to end customer lifecycle tactics, build and execution of integrated and repeatable marketing programmes

  • Experience of similar role(s) within a complex B2B environment.

  • Proven experience in managing customer retention & demand comms activity across multiple marketing channels

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering successful campaigns/programmes in a commercially led, volume based marketing environment

  • Worked with and managed external agencies

The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience of working within a in-house marketing function.

  • Experience in delivering 5* campaigns.

  • Knowledge of direct mail campaigns (SMS, Email and Direct mail)
