This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy for @CambridgeEnglish and @IELTSOfficial - maximising audience reach, engagement and channel health while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
Reaching near 2 million users per day, the role will manage a busy content schedule in collaboration with Sector, Brand and regional marketing teams, with measurement and continuous improvement at its heart.
Abreast of the very latest trends and developments in social media technology, the role is an advocate for the channel and will create a centre of excellence to facilitate innovation.
You will have extensive experience building and managing social media content and communities, with a track record of implementing successful strategies. You will be highly organised and detailed orientated, with experience managing a robust monitoring process to enhance brand loyalty and reputation.
You will have a hands-on approach to marketing and be comfortable working with data and new technology, as well as quick to identify and further new opportunities. You are creative in building a dialogue with stakeholders that both supports and motivates, and passionate about putting social media to good use to support our communities of learners and teachers around the world.
