Working cooperatively with the compliance team with any issues that may be raised through obligatory compliance including daily and weekly inspections of repairs and fire safety equipment alongside supporting access provision during out of hours emergencies. Taking on some of the responsibilities to ease the work load of the neighbourhood officer as well as supporting any out of hours emergencies and allowing access to repairs so that they are completed with minimum disruption and abide high standards for health and safety., Maintenance Checks - Including Servicing, Checking Repairs, Basic DIY

  • Key holder duties - Ensuring compliance is completed, Responsibility for locking all areas

  • Compliance reporting

  • Gardening maintenance

  • Health and Safety Checks - Fire Alarms, Fire Safety Equipment, Reporting Emergencies, Out of Hours Access

  • Cleaning on site as required

    Role is initially up for a 3 month contract, however with view to review any potential permanent opportunities that may be available at the end of the contract within the organisation if appropriate.
