Job Description
Provide leadership and direction to FLMs/Colleagues in all aspects of the warehouse operation.
Manage costs, which include ownership of productivity and work study, in line with set targets.
Ensure the Health, Safety of all colleagues, in accordance with current legislation and Company policies and procedures
Ensure customer deadlines are exceeded and meet all agreed relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and SLA's
Assist the Operations Managers to ensure that the targets and budgets are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Undertake compliance reporting on all aspects of legislative, procedural and audit requirements
Updates team leaders on required targets / rates, and accuracy checks, providing training and feedback, taking action on poor performance where required
Ensure there is an appropriate level of multi-skilled colleagues to perform tasks in an effective and efficient manner, completing training records to the required standard
Candidate Description
E-com logistics desirable
ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management, Level 3, desirable
Good interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills at Supervisory Level
Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
Experience in Warehouse Management Systems
