Our global business is developing at pace and we're looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our friendly and ambitious Web Solutions Team to help us drive and expand our strategic web presence across the globe., Reporting to the Head of Web Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of our Web Services and will contribute to the Web strategy and roadmaps. You will play a key role in driving forward projects which directly impact the delivery of our web services.

Adept at stakeholder management, with a passion for getting it right for our customers, you will be an experienced Service Manager with a broad range of skills, able to ensure that highly effective service transition is in place and adhered to, supporting the seamless movement of project deliveries into business as usual.

You will manage a team responsible for creating live dashboards and gathering key insights into how our web services are used and how they can be optimised in order to provide outstanding customer service.

Naturally inquisitive, you'll investigate new technologies and maintain a good knowledge of best practices for web services, analytics and performance.

Candidate Description

Already an experienced Service Manager, you will possess a deep knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiations, coupled with experience of managing the support of a range of customer facing technology solutions.

A natural problem solver, you'll be a pro-active multi-tasker, who is able to work independently across a number of projects in parallel or with dependencies. With broad project management experience, you'll have the ability to work flexibly and with energy to contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives. Experience of web analytics tools would be useful.
