Assist with the coordination and control of allocations working within agreed timescales.
Assist in providing an efficient after sales service to customers.
Assist with the production of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Drawings and Delivery Schedules.
Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP) to identify issues, record and analyse costs.
Communicate effectively with all Hourly Paid Colleagues, Subcontractors and Agency Labour to ensure clarification of tasks and correct booking of labour hours.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience and proven organisation and planning skills. You will also have a good level of numeracy and literacy alongside a solid understanding of various Microsoft Packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
