The Service Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of service administration including offering an excellent customer service and ensuring that servicing invoices, quotations and the updating of databases and customer portals is responded to efficiently and diligently to ensure all targets are met.,

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times via phone and email to customers and engineers

  • Dealing promptly with servicing issues

  • The accurate input of customer invoices and quotations

  • Updating of databases and customer portals

  • Following queries through to a conclusion

  • Liaise with other departments

  • Dealing with engineer parts requests

  • Answering queries and information requests over the phone

  • Communicating with engineers and clients

  • Keep up to date with the products and services

  • To be proactive in resolving customer issues involving other departments where necessary

    Monday to Friday - 08:30am - 17:30pm

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in a servicing/customer service administration role and will enjoy working in a team.
