Pay Rate: £10.00

Hours: 7:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-9:30pm, 9:30pm - 7:30am

Pay Rate: £11.00

At Voyage Care we value the hard work and commitment of our colleagues by offering:

  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply)

About this job -

Voyage Care are looking for a female support worker with passion to help and care for individuals with learning / physical disabilities. Some care knowledge / experience is desirable but not essential as we have an amazing training programme and induction for the right candidate. You will be working 37.5 hours per week (7 - 12-hour shifts including a mixture of days, nights and weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Pinkneys Road. This registered service supports up to 3 female residents with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

You will be required to oversee Support Workers; our Senior Support Workers implement care plans for individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs. You'll operate within the home and local community settings providing hands-on care to the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do.

We are also looking for someone who has their NVQ (minimum Level 3) in social care or another related subject.
