About this job -

Voyage Care are looking for a confident and experienced senior support worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will be working 37.5 hours per week (7 - 12-hour shifts including a mixture of days, nights and weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Pinner Road. This registered service supports up to eight individuals within the home and local community. As a Support Worker you will be assisting them to lead independent and fulfilling lives; the people we support are at the heart of all we do. A big part of your role will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities. We ensure they reach their full potential - and of course we'll make sure that you reach yours. Within this service personal care is required for both genders.

You will be required to oversee Support Workers; our Senior Support Workers implement care plans for individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs. You'll operate within the home and local community settings providing hands-on care to the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do.

We are also looking for someone who has their NVQ (minimum Level 3) in social care or another related subject.
