Job Description
The primary role of the Senior Scenario Testing Manager is to support the development of and contribute to the design, implementation and embedding of the Operational Continuity in Resolution Scenario Testing Programme and adherence to the RFB Group Operational Risk and Resilience Policy and supporting Standards.
Engaging with business area senior management team to develop and implement Scenario Testing framework tools and methodologies.

Leading by example and proactively identifies, assesses, manages, and reports operational continuity in resolution & risk issues, acting where appropriate to remediate or escalate potential issues.
Promoting operational continuity in resolution & risk awareness across the team and ensures 100% completion of mandatory training and any other specific training required.
Spear-heading proactive compliance to operational continuity in resolution, and operational risk policies to all business stakeholders / internal network
Ensures the right culture and behaviours are promoted and communicated. Acts as a role model for the team and the senior leadership team.
Candidate Description
Expert knowledge of industry best practices and FCA/PRA/BoE rules and guidance for operational risk management and their application to Financial Institutions
Proven track record implementing operational risk and operational continuity in resolution standards and action plans using tooling such as ServiceNow and EverBridge
It would also be nice for you to have.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across the business with Exco and Board level.
Strong interpersonal skills - persuades and influences others, using a range of approaches, to achieve deliverables.
Experience leading technical teams, capable of delivering strategy, building, and managing high performing teams including coaching and mentoring.
Recognised operational risk professional certification.
