We are very excited to be looking for a forward-thinking individual to lead the squad that build and maintain our Anaplan planning models. Our models enable automated portfolio management with a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value, in addition to developing the budget, forecasts and three-year plan for VMO2… Does it get any cooler than that?

You'll have overall accountability for the build of Anaplan models across the business and play an active role in determining the strategy and future roadmap for Anaplan.

The role specifically sits within the Planning team, where we manage the build and development of all our Anaplan models, in close collaboration with stakeholders across the business.

Tell me more, tell me more… You'll be an important valued member of our team, developing and building automated planning models in Anaplan to provide key business insight and analytics for short, medium, and long-term planning across Broadband, TV and Mobile.

Our fantastic models currently cover Cable revenue, Mobile revenue, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Customer Contact and all aspects of Cable volume planning, with several more in the pipeline. The ambition is to develop a connected ecosystem of models that enables the business to build value and we'd love you to be part of that journey, by leading a high performing squad.

The Anaplan model build squad is effectively the heartbeat of the Finance Insights team, leading the digitisation and automation agenda throughout the organisation and making a huge positive impact to the day to day running of our business.

Candidate Description

  • Strong data modelling skills with experience building automated planning and forecasting models in Anaplan

  • Proven skills in manipulating data using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, and distilling the information into useful insight to guide operational or commercial change

  • A proven track record in presenting analysis to senior stakeholders to guide business decisions

  • Ability to lead, motivate and empower individuals within cross-functional squads to develop and deliver solutions that unlock business value

    Other stuff we're looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience managing and influencing a range of complex cross-functional partners within a matrix environment

  • Working collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes in a fun, fast moving environment

  • Experience in driving the continuous improvement of processes and means of delivery to partners, whilst also embracing and managing organisational change

  • A drive to succeed with a focus on creating change and delivering results
