You will work closely with the Head of Technical Services in the management and delivery of repairs, maintenance, and stock investment contracts for all housing, land, and corporate buildings.
You will work with contractors, consultant partners, colleagues, and residents to fulfil customer obligations and establish resident satisfaction throughout the decision-making process and execution of services.
You will ensure that relevant contracts deliver value for money and are compliant with contract conditions
Knowledge and Understanding of the diverse lifestyle need of residents
High level of knowledge of housing, housing law, and the regulatory framework
Excellent customer care, staff management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead an effective project team delivering cross-functional outcomes
Demonstrable skills in negotiating formal contracts with external organisations
MRICS/MCIOB is recommended but not a necessity
Construction related degree or equivalent experience
