We have several exciting opportunities for Senior People Partners to join Virgin Media O2 supporting the Leadership Team across several areas of the business, implementing the People Plan and build an inspiring culture!

A highly strategic role requiring strong communication skills to partner across the business.

We require someone who can transform ways of working, embracing agile practices. The post holder will be part of the Senior team, your contribution will influence the development of the business agenda and strategy.

Other areas of responsibility will include:-

  • Produce and use relevant MI for business decisions and strategy

  • In conjunction with Senior partners, facilitate discussions to identify the required organisational capabilities for success and how to attain this

  • Project manage & implement tailored CoE products and solutions to the business

  • Coach business leadership in effective People management and engagement

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience of managing relationships and conflicting priorities at a senior level

  • A history of demonstrating commercial awareness, understanding the impact of your decisions on the business

  • Evidence of a thorough understanding of People policies and procedures

  • Ability to travel across the Country to establish collaborations with partners

  • Experience of working within a large, matrix organisation

    We'd also love you to bring;

  • A track record of translating business strategy into people strategy and building measurable solutions that deliver tangible value

  • Ideally, you will be fully CIPD Qualified (or equivalent qualification)
