As the Senior Marketing Communications Lead - SOHO you will Lead the Marketing Communications Team within SOHO across Fixed, FMC and Mobile ensuring continuous improvement of our customer and prospect experiences through our touchpoints as well as driving the creation of compelling multi-channel campaign activity through each channel and working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and optimise performance

Principle Responsibilities

  • Devise high quality ROI driven execution of marketing campaigns and programmes utilising the most relevant channels.

  • Develop and execute overarching integrated Marketing plan across SOHO sector in line with insight and which is fully aligned to support sector specific revenue targets

  • Develop and implement fully integrated campaigns/programmes which support relevant sector business targets

  • Bring our brands to life through these campaign activities by using creative thinking

  • Define campaign strategy and execute across all stages of customer lifecycle and sales decision-making funnel.

  • Optimising channel mix and selecting the most cost-effective and successful routes to market, whilst continually re-evaluating the tools, processes and actions to deliver best practice and maximum return on investment.

  • Lead nurture and demand generation activity aligned to insight and audience plans.

  • Ensuring we have the most relevant media plans aligned to and in support of campaign programmes by working with the wider SOHO team and Consumer Marketing team

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience in a senior management role within a complex matrix organisation

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering successful campaigns/programmes in a commercially led, volume based marketing environment

  • Wide range of marketing/campaign knowledge, including marketing strategy, channel mix selection, end to end customer lifecycle tactics, build and execution of integrated and repeatable marketing programmes

  • Proven success of building and leading a team
