Your roleAs Senior Food Safety and Quality Manager at Moy Park you will join a busy technical team assisting the Technical Manager in ensuring that site technical requirements are met through continuous improvement methods. Your role will involve building relationships and interacting with the technical and operations teams to drive standards and customer expectations forward. What you'll needExperience as a QA Manager in the food industryExperience of managing and delivering KPI improvementExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and delegate instructions as and when required.It is essential that you are a self-motivated individual who can work well under constant pressure and achieve consistently high results.Report writing and procedural writing skills.An advanced knowledge of Microsoft programmes in particular; Excel, Word and Outlook.Initiative, self-motivated, well organised and assertive.Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.Able to demonstrate a good record of achievement.
