Job Description

• Performed Senior Business Analysis/Functional Consultant roles on Business & Technology Transformation Programmes, with banking clients; helping achieve their business, technology, strategic and regulatory compliance goals,

• Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development

• Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry 'points of view' or 'white papers', podcasts, blogs, video interviews etc

• Coach and Mentor members of the team

Candidate Description

• Previous experience of working in a similar capacity in other Consultancy or Financial Services Industry

• An appreciation of business and technical requirements and the ability to bridge the gap between the two

• Understanding of the changes taking place in the industry including partnership ecosystems, use of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, Blockchain), new regulatory compliance obligations and operating models

• Experience and familiarity working with current priority regulations such as MAR< SCA, SMCR, MiFID II, PRIIPS, COREP, Operational Resilience, AIFMD, TCF

• Experience of managing a small to medium sized teams to execute mid-size program of work or of leading work streams within a larger program of work

• Ability to develop creative strategic solutions to solve our clients' business and compliance problems, and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes

• Has worked in a global delivery environment and with distributed teams,

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues as well as on your own. A team player, able to ork collaboratively with colleagues across different disciplines, geographies, cultures and skill sets

• Excellent communicator able to deliver a concise message either verbally, or in writing to senior internal and external stakeholders

• Analytical thinker, able to quickly assess problems and identify appropriate solutions / options

• Open-minded and pragmatic, with ability to guide teams to build customized tools/ templates for the engagements

• Flexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to different, challenging environments,

• Experience in RegTech solutions - applying technology solutions to automate, digitize, standardize, scale and optimize responses to regulatory compliance and ongoing business value,

• Deep experience of working within the Financial Services industry or Industry consulting, preferably within the banking, wealth management, cards and payments or investment sub-sectors.
