Lead and support practice development for energy transition and wider oil and gas practice through:
Developing digital strategy methods, approaches, propositions and points of view
Research propositions, guide clients towards successful outcomes and steering of agile programme backlogs
Community initiatives for recruitment, communications and active participation in knowledge-sharing events
Experience in shaping, leading and creating opportunities for consulting engagments in one or more Oil and gas domain (upstream, digital customer experience, energy transition, EPC, retail operations, trading and risk management)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels within client organisation
Ability to foresee risk, identify dependencies and managing them in advance
Strong Communication, Team / interpersonal and Analytical /Problem Solving skills
Experience in Big 4 consulting organisation or consulting arm of Tier 1 IT services player
Strong experience with a consulting or professional services firm or in-house consulting capability - this should include business consulting including aligning technology plans to business priorities and strategies
Multiple business sectors or multiple clients/employers in a single sector
Business and technology operating design, service design, customer strategy or enterprise architecture
Use of insights-driven approaches to incorporate digital concepts and technology and apply these to the client specific needs and opportunities
Solid understanding of foundational consulting disciplines: e.g.
Organisational change management,
Analysis, benefits management and process mapping,
Structured thinking / communications
