Adecco is recruiting an exciting new role for a Senior Business Manager for one of our clients in Cardiff!

The purpose of this role is to provide executive support to the Area Director and to manage all aspects of business within the area. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office, including but not limited to -

  • Diary management, organising travel arrangements and meetings

  • Managing the Director's correspondence

  • Co-ordinating information, reports

  • Liaising with the marketing team in managing Social Media Accounts

  • To support colleagues and delivery of training

    A successful candidate for this role will -

Candidate Description

  • Have excellent IT skills including Office applications

  • Have good knowledge of budgeting, event planning and management

  • Be pro-active and capable of working with initiative while supporting colleagues, peers and senior managers

  • Have excellent communication skills across all communication channels including Social Media

  • Have a good understanding of customer care and needs
