My client is a leading government body whop are looking for Senior Applications Analyst to support and development of the organisations applications, will be the expert on MS Dynamics and SharePoint Online and will act as the administrator, taking responsibility for the administration, support and customisation of Dynamics and SharePoint.

Your Role:

  • Act as the applications expert, specialising in MS Dynamics as well as SharePoint, providing third line support for application incidents including taking a proactive role in problem management.

  • Lead on the management of support and customisation of Dynamics and SharePoint 2013, whilst providing cover and support for other applications when required.

  • Work with application developers, support staff and external software vendors to troubleshoot site-specific performance issues, escalating to developers for software fixes or implementing database improvements

Candidate Description

  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to apply an analytical approach to trouble-shooting application incidents.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels and explain solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver these to meet specified deadlines.

  • Experience in application support with Windows 10.

  • Knowledge and experience of SQL based applications.

  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint online as an administrator including central administration, permissions, monitoring, patching, and service application configuration.
