The Senior Account Manager roles have been created as a result of Rullion being award a new MSP and will sit within our Managed Solutions team, which fulfils over 9,000 recruitment requirements per year for a range of household names, managing £300 million of client spend. This role will be based remotely, reporting into our Client Service Manager and working closely with the main client stakeholders.

Flexibility to travel to client site will be expected as and when required for meetings.

Summary of the Role

The two Senior Account Managers will form part of our Account team and will be recruiting contract and temporary hires across the IT, Digital, Engineering, and Commercial landscape. This will be a client-facing role where you will be responsible for the continued performance of the account, and further growth and development. You will mentor and support a small team on a day-to-day basis, and the role will involve ad hoc travel to client sites across the UK.

You will be accountable for meeting expectations in terms of delivery and engagement, able to identify areas of improvement and add value, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure that Rullion continues to be the client's partner of choice for Recruitment and Resourcing activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the client
  • Act as the SME for sourcing IT, Digital, Engineering, and Commercial hires.
  • Contributing to sourcing/attraction strategy and aligning to client Employee Value Proposition
  • Based across multiple sites, you will build and maintain a strong customer relationship with the various stakeholders within the client, building on existing relationships and forging new ones
  • Efficient delivery against active requirements, covering a broad range of roles within the IT, Digital, Engineering, and commercial space.
  • Effective use of sourcing tools and techniques to pro-actively source suitable candidates against the client requirement
  • Seek to add value to the client relationship, acting on feedback and providing market insight and benchmarking information
  • Ensuring on-site support and advice is provided to clients and candidates where necessary
  • Ability to deliver against SLA's/KPIs
  • Use of ATS/CRM tools to capture candidate data and manage through the end to end recruitment life cycle
  • Managing all queries from the client, candidates or colleagues, taking ownership and appropriate action to ensure the query is managed, and escalating to the Client Service Manager where necessary
  • Ensuring all working practices are compliant with relevant legislation and company policy
  • Proactively develop relevant candidate talent pools to meet the customer requirements
  • Ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Previous experience within recruitment, either as a 360 consultant within IT, Digital, Engineering, Commercial or from an internal MSP background
  • Exceptional resourcing and talent acquisition skills
  • Significant exposure to working collaboratively with external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with commercial acumen
