We have an exciting opportunity to provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Marketing and the Director of Customer Intelligence - both of whom sit in the Customer, Marketing and Strategy directorate.

Operating with some understanding of the priorities and objectives for supported Director; using this, combined with guidance from manager, to prioritise workload and meetings.
Ensuring optimum use of time, managing conflicting priorities and meetings with managers, and advising all parties of changes to scheduling.
Supporting the production of various documents in accordance with manager's requirements.
Following standard practices and guidelines when dealing with queries and tasks, escalating less routine and complex issues to other team members.
Acting with integrity; demonstrating high personal standards and Identifying , assess, manage and reports risks and controls (I AM RISK).
Taking personal accountability for following company procedure and policies, operating in accordance with all risk and control processes.
