As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the delivery of a variety of exciting and deeply technical projects running several squads in parallel. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as stand ups and retrospectives. Sharing your knowledge with the wider teams as well as mentoring and developing others is a key part of your role. As the company continues our Digital Evolution you will play an important part in guiding and facilitating the changes into a more Agile way of working.

Reporting into a Senior Tech Lead, you will work within an agile squad comprising of Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, Testers, Release Managers and Infrastructure Support teams.

The difference you'll make.

  • Managing the squads responsible for the development of capabilities in the Contact Centre & IVR channel.

  • Delivering Contact Centre & IVR capabilities on different technologies (Avaya, NEOCRM, Salesforce SCV, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, etc)

  • Reporting into area Senior Technical Lead

  • Providing assistance to squad members to ensure an Agile framework is followed.

  • Ensuring communication and collaboration

  • Analysing progress and delivery for all the squads

Candidate Description

  • Experience with agile development practices such as Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and code quality metrics

  • Extensive experience leading the delivery of Contact Centre & IVR technical releases in an Agile framework

  • Experience with market Contact Centre & IVR solutions such as Avaya AAEP, Sandi Voice Bot, Salesforce SCV, Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect, etc

  • Excellent communication and a collaborative team member

  • Experience of using different prioritisation techniques

  • Understand and articulate burn down rates and team velocity

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Passionate about delivery outcomes

  • Experience in other channels (mobile, chat, internet)

  • Experience in CX design

  • Knowledge of Spanish language
