As a School Approval Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for schools wishing to join Cambridge International or adopt new qualifications. You will be responsible for managing school data and supporting our globally based customers, consultants, and colleagues.,
Supporting schools and globally based colleagues through approval procedures, aligned to Cambridge standards.
Maintaining data on multiple systems, controlling schools' access to key resources.
Supplying contracts and customer support materials.
Carrying out financial activities such as raising and cancelling invoices and investigating disputes.
Assisting with the requirements and testing of new system and procedural developments
Maintaining a solution-orientated approach to all cases and to appropriately escalate concerns and complaints to the Assistant Manager.

Minimum 3 A Levels or equivalent professional experience.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word, Outlook & Excel).
Experience in or enthusiasm for working in an international environment.

Ability to learn new skills and processes easily and quickly with accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
