  • Tracking and reporting of the cutover strategy, including planning, prepare and manage all aspects of the cutover

  • Coordinate activities of a wide team of vendors, functional experts, technical experts and Business Analysts

  • Monitor progress, deliverables and communicate to leadership team including status, progress, risks, issues, etc.

  • Management of cutover simulation/Dress rehearsal, to ensure refinement for cutover

  • Input into Quality Gate reviews for cutover readiness

  • Business Unit engagement, for adoption, performance and communications as required

  • Deputise for Technology Release Lead when necessary

Candidate Description

As the Technology Cutover Lead within the programme, you will be responsible for the cutover strategy, planning, simulation, go-live of several projects group into one release, covering our core vendors, ensuring all elements are planned to the highest level of detail and quality to ensure the successful deployment. You will need to coordinate across a wide team of vendors, functional experts, technical experts and Business teams, on a business wide programme to roll out a number of ERP Platforms, across a complex landscape. This is a business wide change programme ("Future") and therefore the role requires an individual who is confident in change and stakeholder management, is good at anticipating and cutting-through issues, can be decisive in decision-making and is resilient.,

  • Previous experience of enterprise software deployment (SAP / Manhattan / Blue Yonder / ServiceNow)

  • Demonstrable experience with cutting over complexity, global, release-deployed SAP programmes

  • Track record of large company implementation and complex architectures

  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience of managing virtual teams

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience with the demonstrated ability and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of a SAP implementation and the relationships between each phase.
