As a Santander Navigator Team Manager, your role will involve the origination, sales and marketing of Santander Corporate and Commercial Bank's 'Santander Navigator' proposition to companies through the support of relationship teams in the regions Corporate Banking Centres.

Delivering targeted levels of income from the provision of Santander Navigator subscriptions and Pay-as-you-go services to customers and prospect businesses
Managing the relationship with existing customers, extending the width and depth of their relationship with the bank.
Supporting the regional SME teams & regional Relationship Directors to promote the strategic international proposition with internal and external delivery
Working closely with I&SS Product & Proposition to strategically influence our international proposition & deliver our core objectives
Working closely with country specialist to support connectivity agendas through key initiatives

A strong understanding of international products
The ability to demonstrate knowledge of the marketplace and apply expertise to identify and develop new business targets, solutions and strategies
Internal and external communication skills to effectively develop presentations and articulate solutions
Ability to spot opportunity to help grow clients business through connectivity
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
