Job Description

As a Sales Team Member, you will be required to speak to customers on a regular basis either by live chat, phone, Teams or face to face on rare occasions. You will be responsible for managing the customers expectations from start to finish along with providing after sales and customer support services to clients when required. You will need to update clients on order progressions and deal with any concerns. Hit achievable sales targets and KPI's. Use your initiative to bring incremental business in via outbound sales, emails and calls.

  • Manage Inbound Sales Enquiries

  • Make Outbound Sales Calls

  • Manage Customer Expectations

  • Hit set KPI's

  • Work well in a team

  • Manage Live Chats

  • Process quote requests, orders and Invoices

  • Encourage customers to leave 5 star Reviews

  • Update Clients on Delivery issues

  • Deal with any customer concerns

Candidate Description

Basic CSV and Excel Skills are required

 Excellent Communication Skills are desired

 Previous Sales Experience is valuable
  • Microsoft Office

  • Must be able to communicate clearly in fluent English with a range of people of different ages and abilities

  • Must be capable of individual research and personal development

  • Should have a good eye for detail

  • Should have the ability to learn quickly

  • Must be driven, passionate and keen to prove themselves
