Virgin Media O2 is seeking the specialist skills of a Sales Specialist in Voice and Collaboration team. This role is a super exciting opportunity to be the overlay specialist and go to subject matter expert on the VMO2 Voice and Collaboration portfolio to our Multinational, Large Enterprise and Public Sector customers, to deliver sales growth.,
Achieve Sales Targets working collaboratively with sales colleagues in our Enterprise, Public Sector and Multinational customer base.
Working with internal partners to set the strategy and priorities for development of the Voice and Collaboration portfolio, and to ensure alignment with other capabilities required to deliver an end-2-end solution for enterprise & public sector customers.
Gaining customer insight and influencing the product roadmap so that we develop products and services that challenge the market and go above and beyond.
Proven industry sales experience of optimally selling within the Voice and Collaboration sector.
Achieving Sales Targets through
Demand generation activity in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, & vendors/third parties.
Building awareness, understanding and prospecting capability within the direct account teams to identify and uncover high quality prospects
Owning and leading new business opportunities from qualification through to deal closure
Working experience of opportunity qualification and account planning methodologies
Promoting VMO2's capabilities in the market place
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
Consistent track record of delivering to an individual sales target.
Experience in leading sophisticated opportunities, across a broad range of technologies aligned with the strategic needs of the business.
A good understanding of Managed Services portfolios and Service Catalogues.
A solid understanding of one or more of the following Voice & Collaboration Technologies (Cisco; 8x8; Genesys; Miscosoft; Sip)
Proven track record of Public Speaking at Industry events or Seminars
Demonstrable capability and confidence in communicating with senior management up to and including IT Management, IT Director and CISO.
