Location - Regular (weekly) travel to our Reading office will be required (e.g. 2 days per week), You'll be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring that all 300+ members of our Sales force have access to the framework, support and resources they need to become truly world-class salespeople! You'll work closely with our sales leaders, their teams and your colleagues in the Sales Excellence function, as well as our L&D, People and Transformation team functions, to understand business challenges, identify the outcomes needed, and deliver an ongoing programme of high impact enablement.

Building on your prior experience of successfully implementing similar programmes, your primary responsibilities will be to build, deliver and drive adoption of new sales methodology, skills development and assessment programmes, and role-based competency frameworks for our Sales organisation.

Candidate Description

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Significant experience implementing and driving the adoption of skills development programmes and sales methodology in large, high-performance sales organisations

  • Proven success managing complex projects from start to finish

  • A demonstrable ability to explain and discuss sales methodologies and training approaches with confidence and an eye on how they can or should be used

  • A proven ability to collaborate, influence and effectively manage cross-functional teams charged with launching diverse sales initiatives

  • Outstanding communication skills. It is vital for the enablement manager to possess exceptional skills as a listener, speaker, writer, and presenter

  • A background in B2B Sales in Technology and/or Telecoms would be desirable
