Job Description
Our client based in Thame is looking for a Retail Operations Executive to provide administrative support to their client and field teams. The successful candidate will need to have excellent Microsoft knowledge. Strong communication skills are essential as you will working with Operations Manager & Account Managers to deliver all administrative tasks for Retail activities.
Other duties will include:
Managing the field recruitment system to ensure all activities are fully booked
Providing support via phone & email to the field team using the in-house systems and reporting application
Managing field wages, expense claims and data
Communicating to field, Head Office, client & supplier personnel in a professional, efficient, and appropriate manner at all times
