Reporting into the Retail Brand Manager, and working within the Retail Brand Team, supporting in shop marketing activity covering the following areas:

  • Support the delivery of key brand and commercial objectives, including creative campaigns, product launches, price increases, and trials, across multiple shop formats and price bands

  • Produce accurate artwork and print orders, ensuring sign off processes are followed, and all SLAs are met

  • Support key retail and business initiatives, ensuring all activity is successfully delivered, across printed and digital media

  • Be a subject expert on pricing and ranging complexities across the whole estate, ensuring that all retail marketing activity meets the needs of the shop estate, and bespoke requirements are considered and supported

  • Brief packaging artwork, ensuring key stakeholders are consulted, and all proofs are legally and technically compliant

  • Help to manage the day-to-day online POS ordering system working alongside our print supplier

  • General day to day admin supports e.g., retail operational manual POS section, customer facing in shop collateral, ad hoc POS requests

  • Ad-hoc support with day-to-day tasks within the retail brand team, particularly over holidays

  • Compiling campaign review documentation and sharing with key stakeholders

  • Respond to and actively seek feedback on all activity, including shop visits when required

  • Have a clear understanding of the retail marketing budget and help to monitor spend, striving to make cost savings where possible

  • Shop development support

  • Support the delivery of key business projects and Retail Brand initiatives

Candidate Description

  • Fully conversant with Office365 packages, particularly; Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Able to analyse multiple sources of information and distil the key points

  • Experience of working in a very fast paced environment and ability to multitask

  • Confident user of email and internet

  • Able to work towards tight deadlines and to deliver multiple objectives simultaneously

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the business

  • Good eye for detail and proof-reading skills

  • Able to work using own initiative

  • Strong organisation and planning skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport

  • Previous Retail or Marketing Experience would be an advantage

  • Persuasive and able to influence at all levels

  • Warm welcoming manner and ability to deal with a wide range of people
