We are on the hunt for a Resourcing Superstar to join our fun-filled, hardworking Talent Acquisition team. You'll be supporting our Network Expansion (NetEx) division, recruiting roles that will support our mission to connect over 300,000 new properties each year. Our Whizz will be recruiting exceptional talent to help bring our ultrafast broadband and services to people across the UK.

Our Resourcing Partner within NetEx will be leading the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; collaborating with hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates (internal and external) to meet the demands of the business. You'll apply your specialist knowledge of recruiting, as well as your SME expertise to ensure we attract and engage the best diverse talent, in the most appropriate and efficient way.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
Significant experience of managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Demonstrable experience of successfully sourcing passive talent
Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders across various levels, building solid relationships and providing expert knowledge when required
Experience of prioritising deliverables based on commercial criticality
The other stuff we're looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
Experience of recruiting Build, Construction, Engineering type roles would be desirable, but not essential
Creative attitude: the ability to think outside of the box when things don't go to plan!
Familiarity of working with various platforms to support direct sourcing strategies such as Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
