Due to the continued growth of our IT Division, we are looking for Recruitment Resourcers to join the team, and support with recruitment delivery across contract and permanent opportunities with our existing clientbase. This is an entry level role, will full training and support provided, and various routes for progression within the team and wider business.

The basic salary is between £19,500-£23,000 (dependent on experience), plus a lucrative commission scheme based on individual and team performance. Our IT Recruitment team have recently moved into state of the art co-working offices in the city centre, complete with fully equipped kitchens, breakout areas, rooftop terrace, and prosecco and beer on tap for after-work wind-downs.

This is predominantly a home based role although we are looking for someone who is based within commuting distance to the Manchester office and able to attend for initial training and occasional business updates / team meetings once established.

Summary of the Role

As a Resourcer, you will mainly handle the candidate sourcing aspect of the recruitment process, with the support of experienced members of our team. Working within the IT, Technology and Business Change recruitment sector, you will forge relationships with candidates in order to understand their requirements for their next role, discuss relevant positions with them and guide them through the interview process with our clients.

We have established relationships with a number of well-known clients who place their trust in us to find them the best talent in the market, so this won't be a sales-focused role, instead you will be involved in sourcing the best candidates for your vacancies, through LinkedIn marketing and headhunting, within a specialist, candidate short market. Your role will consist of the following:

  • Creating talent pools of relevant candidates within our IT and Business Change specialisms
  • Attending meetings alongside Senior Consultants/ Managers to understand the market and vacancies
  • Supporting candidates through the interview process and managing the offer stage
  • Working across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Energy and Utilities
  • Building relationships with candidates and liaising with hiring managers to fulfil their requirements

We will provide full training in all elements of the role and excellent opportunities for progression in the long term, either into more of a 360 / sales based role, or account management with larger clients in our key accounts team.

Qualifications, skills & experience

We are looking for people who are great communicators, passionate about providing a fantastic service, and driven to succeed. A background in telephone based customer service or sales would be preferred, however you will be provided with full training in order to success.

We are also open to candidates with any previous recruitment experience, whether more 360 / sales focussed or with a background in delivery, and are happy to provide training to get to grips with the IT and Change market if you have not previously covered this vertical. Our team works across both permanent and contract opportunities for our clients so we can consider experience in either area.
