Talent Supply Chain (TSC) is a corporate team focused on staffing projects (with internal talent) and workforce planning. This is a role, which covers all aspects of the resourcing cycle from building relationships with hiring managers, preparing metrics driven reports for senior leadership, managing associates on Talent Pool end to end including conducting interviews and finding the next assignment., Typical day to day responsibilities for this role will include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships, and keeping clients informed. Identify, analyze, and define processes to support business objectives. Leverage knowledge of tools and application
Provide people analytics, have meetings and conduct presentations with stakeholders to increase fulfilment velocity
Work closely with other cross-functional teams like Talent acquisition, L&D and Talent Management
Staff ramp-up/ramp-down management
Establishing scorecards and dashboards with process performance metrics, targets and triggers. Generate reports and presentations based on inputs from various groups for management and use the same for staffing decisions
Ability to manage employee expectations while on Talent Pool. Oversee deployment and successful placement of associates
Must be organized, detail oriented, data driven, and comfortable driving projects
Must have effective communications skills at the staff, mid management, and executive management level
Must be able to set and communicate clear direction and expectations to others.
Must be able to develop and provide effective management information (reports, analytics, data analysis, recommendations)
In depth knowledge of excel would be an added advantage
