Location: Holt, Trowbridge - Wiltshire

We are looking for dedicated and ambitious staff for our Residential Home In Trowbridge. The Support Worker role is to empower & support service users to rebuild their lives. The focus of the service is to provide a supportive environment for people to develop skills and strategies in order to lead a more fulfilled and independent life. Our support workers incorporate both therapy-based activities and social based activities.

The tasks of a waking night staff member include;

  • settling people we support to bed
  • checks and personal care for people we support throughout the night
  • veg prep daily cleaning
  • deep cleaning
  • folding of laundry
  • writing daily notes
  • medication administration
  • any other tasks requested as per service need

You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a motivated and determined team. So make a great career move.

Pay Rate: £10.87 per hour

Shifts: 9pm - 7am

The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
