We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking member of staff with ability to work and to assist with the resolution of defects identified within our recently built homes. To liaise with the colleagues involved with the projects and ensure that our customers are provided with regular updates and information regarding their homes. Working with various stakeholders to schedule and manage the implementation of the remedial work required to resolve the identified defects.,
Provide a high quality aftercare service. Deliver excellent customer service in line with company values.
Provide the project team with regular site (153 flats) progress updates and advise on issues that are preventing satisfactory resolution.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure relevant information and advice is provided to keep customers informed on progress where defects affect their homes, through newsletters.
Contribute towards the control of budgets within the function.
Carry out all duties with due regard to Health & Safety Legislation and policy
Records and systems
Excellent customer service skills - explaining construction related matters (Construction + HA experience)
Dealings with contractors on site
Work occasional evenings/weekends to help assist customers (1/Month)
Passionate about helping people
Ability to resolve challenges independently
Have excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
Knowledge of tenancy management and property maintenance.
Computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel packages.
