Candidate Description

  • Leading and managing the Regional Financial Planning team whilst influencing wider stakeholders, in the delivery of continuous, sustained, risk aware business growth

  • Acting as a true role model and leader for your team, you will be embedding the priorities, values, attitudes and plans that will transform your team, inspiring fellowship, personal involvement, commitment and engagement with our strategic vision

  • Driving the consistency of outcomes and qualities across the Regional Financial Planning team, adapting plans and approaches to meet the needs of each Adviser.

  • Contributing to the creation of the divisional leadership plan and to take shared responsibility of achieving Santander Financial Planning's business aims.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams and the ability to develop your colleagues.

  • A strong commercial edge, with an understanding of Financial Planning goals and agenda.

    It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience of working in the Wealth Management industry.

  • The ability to pro-actively develop and maintain strong business relationships, internally and externally.

  • Degree level qualification.

  • QCF Level 4 Diploma in an appropriate approved qualification to enable advice on FCA regulated packaged products.
